Biography

Karina Chen was born in Taiwan. She received a Degree in Commercial Design from Taipei Ming Chuan College. 

From a very young age, Karina was easily inspired by things that were beautiful. These days she loves soft music, interior decorating and worldly travel. 

Karina’s artistic style conveys her devotion on beauty and harmony of nature. Many of her creative elements include flowers, pots, plants, animals and various shades, hues and contrasts of lights and colors based on different times of days, seasons and sceneries. 

After teaching children art classes in her California studio for 25 years, Karina has devoted the last 10 years to master her own creative paintings. 

Karina has successfully participated in various art exhibitions and art and craft festivals in California and Pennsylvania.
